These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of JobNotifyr (jobnotifyr.in). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

JobNotifyr aggregates and presents information about government and related job notifications based on official and other publicly referenced sources. We provide summaries, links, and organisational tools. We are not a government body, employer, or examination authority.

You represent that your submissions do not infringe others’ rights or violate law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JobNotifyr and its operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (if any) or (b) a nominal amount where no fees apply.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnity
